Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My role is to meet you where you are and help you feel supported as we work through whatever you’re facing—whether that’s ADHD, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Together, we’ll create a space where you can better understand yourself, develop helpful tools, and move toward feeling more balanced and confident. I balance a supportive, nonjudgmental space with practical tools you can actually use outside of sessions.
